    Your recirc system should be set up on a timer only. There are problems with aquastats.

    You should just put a volume control cartridge in the valve body instead of a temp control only. Heck i did'nt even know that Delta made universal valve bodies like this, but then again i normally use MOEN because their cartridges are lifetime gaurenteed and they are made in the good ole U.S.A.

    It could be easier if you get lucky and find a 2" drain pipe in the wall at the proposed new location of the washer.Then you can cut in a wye or a comby and just worry about proper venting.

    I dont see how it could pull water from the source and also through the other meter,unless you have a booster pump on one system and/or an open faucet or a leak on your other system.Two check valves (one on each system) would be a good starting point ,and that would prevent cross connection...
