    Gas, partially because my breaker box is full and would not accept another breaker and partially because the one before was Gas.

    City water is at about 60 PSI so that would do the trick.

    Do you hand form the base, or do you have some sort of template for that concrete pour??? Didn't know it was that simple.

    Which brand should I look at?

    Skip the "glacier bay" and other El cheapo fausets. We have had a glacier bay in our kitchen sink for 5 years and replaced it with the exact same one 3 times. The next time around we are shelling out some coin for a decent delta or kohler.

    Nope, I have the spicket as well. Do I open the upper valve also, or do you just let it drain???

    We have hard water here and I was advised that I should "flush" my water tank every few years to go about cleaning out sediment. Can someone explain this process? It will be on a less than 5 yr old "12 Year GE 50 gal."

    Just as it says, I am in the search for a good home owners plumbing snake so I do not have to call the city every time the old pipes get jammed up. I only need something in the 25-30 foot range. It is only 20 feet from cleanout to city trap. I have the little hand slide snake but that gets...
