Amazing these taps are protected like Ft Knox, have tried to pry, pull ,unscrew, to no avail, any ideas on make?

Bathroom faucets with no apparent set screw or release screw shown. Cannot remove faucet handle on taps. Manufacturer unknown. Any ideas?? THANKS!!
