    faucet handle sloppy

    Likely just crud on the threads. Put some penetrating oil in the hole, let it sit for a few minutes, then work the set screw back and forth. Repeat as necessary. BTDT

    This^. Same issue at my daughter's house. Tub spout/diverter got damaged and allowed water to blow back into wall. New spout/diverter was the fix.

    Had the same issue with a Valley valve. Cleaned the groove with a sharp tool then multiple applications of PB Blaster, tapping with a small hammer in between. Finally it came loose.

The guy comes and admits that they likely didn't pump the tank bladder up to line pressure initially and that since there is no pressure reducing valve in place, the tank might not be needed in the first place.     No, not professional, barely an amateur. I think I'll remove the tank, plug the fitting, then see what happens. My best guess is nothing since there were no issues before.
