The pressure tank is under the house. The ground is/was frozen so i could not move the rock cover. Well i may could have but would not have sealed good at the bottom.

Do not know how deep the well is. Asking what can i do to try to fix this and to prevent it happening again?Also asking if the spray foam insulation sprayed on the inside of the rock cover would help?

Just wondering when it warms up enough can i use spray foam insulation on the inside of the cover? That should help with it?

I don't know. Had a plumber put it in. The kitchen is the only one that does this. Rest of the sinks,bath tubs-showers and washing machine do not. Not sure about the dish washer.

I met with the owner and said he will fix this. It did not have out side water faucet and he added both at front and back of the house. He said he will use putty/bondo type stuff to fill in the hole in the wall will this work

Is insulation for water heaters worth having? We are looking at a 2002 double wide with a brick pinning and the water heater is there. It has a metal door for the crawl space and the heater is maybe 5 ft from the door on the right. thanks

A house i looked at has a well that is less that 5 ft from the house and under a deck. The kind that is above ground with the opening(don't know the name of it). Does this matter? Also the well and septic tank are in the back yard i say about 30 feet and at a angle. Does this matter and thanks
