Thank you MASTRPLUMB - It was the pressure relief valve. I was able to get a replacement part from Lowe's for a couple bucks. I don't have Thermal Expansion installed so I just replaced the part and it hasn't leak yet. Thanks everyone really appreciate the assistance.
