Any thoughts on using the same field for 2 tanks?

I am looking at doing a wedding venue on a farm. I'm pretty certain I will need two septic tanks (one for the house, and one for the barn). how possible is it to have both tanks going to the same leach field?

so, what can go above a leach field? can you do gravel pavement over it? concrete over it? Also, can it go uphill at all with some kind of assist?
