    Sink Pipe goes up?

Even though we have an AAV? I thought the AAV removed the need for that

    Sink Pipe goes up?

We had a pipe in the ground break. My plan is to go through the wall and bypass the broken pipe which goes through the foundation. We have an AAV. Any thoughts on why this pipe appears to go up and down? I was expecting it to go down into the drain line through the wall but there's no...

House settled on pipe and broke it

After doing some digging in regards to my last post, I found the crack in my slab foundation leads right to a cast iron pipe from my kitchen sink ( that does not hook up to the rest of the septic plumbing). The pipe has a crack exterior to the foundation and water rushes out of it when I use the...

    Sink leaks into lawn?

Could it be a clog? Maybe some liquid plumber will clear me out?

    Sink leaks into lawn?

Yes it's only when the kitchen sink/dishwasher are used. Im worried the pipe going out of the kitchen sink ruptured. On the other hand I read something online where a guy said older homes (Mines a heavily remodeled 1957) use to drain the kitchen sink into a cesspool to alleviate septic tank...

    Sink leaks into lawn?

I was washing dishes last night and then when I walked outside I saw soap suds and a glass of milk I dumped down the drain directly on the other side of the wall where the sink is. What's going on here and how urgent is it I call a plumber? Thanks in advance

Kitchen sink needs dumps into cabinet

There is room for the AAV to pop out and be replaced. I made sure of that by putting it in last.

Kitchen sink needs dumps into cabinet

OK I'm going to go to home depot and get a new AAV, 2x 90 degree elbows and some 2" pvc. That will give me enough room to snake it over to where it's just below the counter and basically flush with the top of the sink. I run draino and boiling water down it all the time so I'm fairly sure...

Kitchen sink needs dumps into cabinet

I feel like something is wrong with my plumbing. I get water gushing out of this vent ALL THE TIME when the water level in the sink backs up because of small food bits clogging the sink we have a septic tank and therefore no disposal. Is there anything I can do about this? It drives me...
