I have tried it in multiple search engines with no luck. I’m going to try another week then I guess it’s tear out tile and replace the valve. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Also should note that the only marking on the cartridge is S.T.S.R on the side body of the cartridge if that helps at all.

Try Kohler. Many of their parts are stamped with a K. Check the website for parts ID. Good luck. M
