So I replaced the flush valve and fill valve on my toilet and went to flush and the water in the bowl does not FLUSH and just keeps filling.. I have to pull the toilet handle up to stop from filling the bowl.. what did I do wrong!?!?! this was an easy replacement and Im certain I did...
