yes codes usually dont change,,i have a good friend who sells these container homes ready built, the cost is around 10 to 30k, next time im around these container homes, i will take a looksee in the gut and get an idea on how they go about the plumbing without making it look like a pipe maze

to me it does sound like a venting issue, but it will have to be assessed buy other plumbers, please find plumbers that can 100% guarantee what the issue is before fixing, we will never do a job that we "think" is the problem and ended up not being... try flushing vents with a long garden...

seems to be an easy solution if you have a long enough snake..please call a plumber near you or you can rent snakes from some local stores,,unless you are willing to buy a snake,,cheap ones are 30$, professional industrial snakes go for 2k to 5k, that is what we use. good luck
