It sounds like it would be a good idea for you to get totally familiar with all that piping around the water heaters. Are both water heaters in use and connected together? Take pictures for ALL water piping associated with the heaters.

    What is this pipe for?

Is that in addition to the tank mounted unit? In other words set at a much lower pressure relief setting?

    Sorry For Some Grumpy Posts!

Well I give you credit for knowing what the punch line should be. I've seen it numerous places but never seen it written without the punchline.

    Leaking Garbage Disposal Drain Line

It's out of alignment, don't you think. I would first loosen up the trap to try to get it straight. Then at the same time you can see if and by how much the length needs improvement.

Need help identifying what I'm looking at

If you started experiencing occasional septic odor in your house, the problem wouldn't be the septic tank. All fixtures drain to that smelly septic tank. Which means, all fixtures must have some form of a trap on their drain pipes, that stays full with water, to act as a seal against those...

What made the owner look at the level a week and a half later? Was it causing some problem?

    Tank refilled in days!

Septic tanks a typically full, to a point. In case you are not aware, here's a picture of a typical tank. The normal full height would be at the elevation of outlet pipe to the leaching field. If above that height, it is overfilled and the problem is likely the leaching field. Ground water could...

    Vintage Sink Stem Replacement

I'm guessing the washer screw head likely corroded off and the screw is still in there. Replacing faucet replacement a good option since seat is probably in rough shape also.

    Preasurized well tank location

If it was, by chance, set at 50 psi air pressure, I'm sure the pumps pressure switch wouldn't like that. If that was the case, I could see you having the problems you described.

    Preasurized well tank location

50 psi? I'm not asking the cut-in/cut-out pressure. I was asking the cut-in and the air pressure that was set for the tank without any water pressure influence. "The pressure in the pressure tank should be 2 psi less than the cut-in pressure for the pump. For example, if the pump cut-in...

    Preasurized well tank location

Well hopefully @Valveman will stop by and chime in. Out of curiosity, what is the pump cut-in pressure and the pressure tank bladder pressure?

Can I have help finding a Wi-Fi controlled ON/OFF Timer for my water heater's recirculator pump?

I'll bet a lot of the plumbers are not aware of it either.

    Kitchen Faucet Supply Line

Is it me or is the existing hose and the valve all one assembly from the factory? In other words, it doesn't look like they can be separated. Can they? What did you plan on connecting together, the top end of the existing hose or below the valve? In which case you need a new valve.

Can I have help finding a Wi-Fi controlled ON/OFF Timer for my water heater's recirculator pump?

NO! Basically just saying that you can't speculate on how the system may function when, like you say you have no clue as to how it's piped. But you don't have to worry about any of that. You have a functioning system and you are happy about how it's doing.

Can I have help finding a Wi-Fi controlled ON/OFF Timer for my water heater's recirculator pump?

It all depends on how the piping is arranged. You make it sound like it's 2 independent loops.
