Here it is. No water backing up into basement since install.

Here is the issue….. My ball float floor drain is my washing machines current drain. Two to three times a year this will cause a backup into the basement, due to several possible reasons. I think that if I use a stand pipe instead of that floor drain my issues will be resolved. is the plan…...
