I dont know that many plumbers really use spread sheets, most if working for a company that is not theirs, dont care about prices. They just purchase and pass the cost plus some on to the invoice.

This in a vacation property. Won’t be back for a few weeks to get photos But is washer is near floor drain, assuming that drain stack can be set to drain into floor drain Then someday when we get a plumber to the property, then chip up floor at that time

Want to add laundry facilities into a utility room that has a floor drain. This room also has power and water supply, so that won’t be an issue. Just want to understand what my option are if any other than chipping/cutting cement Thanks in advance.
