Hi All- I’m doing a reno in an upstairs bath, and the old clawfoot tub has to go. I want to break it up and remove it in pieces. I’ve done more modern cast iron tubs but never an old clawfoot- will this one be thicker and more difficult to break with a sledge? Space is tight and not much room to swing the sledge- can anyone suggest something that requires less brute force? Hammer drill? Electric jack hammer? Thanks!

The only thing I ever new of is a sledge hammer. Its to bad you can't get it out in one piece as people
are buying these and re-finishing them.
