I need to replace this one handle shower valve. I ha e no idea what brand it is. Any help would greatly appreciated

Do you have a local plumbing supply company? Take it there, and they should fix you up.
 
Is that the whole thing? did you leave anything in the valve body? how about a picture of the valve body as well
