if not and you physically want to go and purchase it go to a plumbing supply house.
 
I was going to order it but I had to order 5......trying to find a place that I can just order 1.
 
Ok, I’m dying to know. Why on earth would you need that specific fitting for a “kitchen project”?
 
20180415_140306.jpg I took apart the wall because the sink drain pipe currently goes through my kitchen cabinets. I think using the fitting i posted will allow me to run it through the under side of them in the kick plate. But the trouble is finding a company that has one and doeant want me to order bulk. Ive searched the internet for hours.

It might be easier and cheaper just to build out the wall, and leave the plumbing intact as is.
 
Your drain has a proper vent on it now.
If you use that fitting you picked, it will eliminate the proper vent and you will have problems and that is why there is a plumbing code.
Have a licensed plumber address this. You do not know what you are doing.
