HELP!
My 8in wide Grohe bath faucets were installed about 4 years ago. I noticed recently that all 3 hoses are rusted and shedding! (See 6 pics.) I had a plumber come out and he said that I need a brand new faucet. Grohe customer service told me that I can just replace the hoses and they are sending me new ones. What caused the hoses to wear out? No noticeable water leakage. Buckets are just in case and to collect the rust flecks. I need a second opinion please!
Thank you!

Are you on a well, or city water? I've never saw bright green corrosion like that unless maybe it's the lighting fooling with my eyes.

If you are on a well, have your water re tested and see what's in there

I've seen that alot, but only in houses that cook meth. That acrid air will tarnish everything.
