Trying to identify brand of shower valve

My shower installer installed a control valve and covered it up with tile. He left the job and I have no idea what brand it is to figure out what type of handle to place over it. I tried a moen handle but the hole is way too small to slide over it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You have the trim kit already. The handle came with the parts exposed in your picture.

Unfortunately, the subcontractor took off from the job without leaving it

I would recommend acting like a detective. Where does this plumber shop? I'm sure it is a local distributor. Or bend over backwards, slip him some money, and ask him for the other half of this set up.

Can I ask what happened with this plumber? Seems we are only being told part of this issue?
