Hi, I have the kitchen drain pipe running through the middle of my cabinetry wasting space (cannot put anything large in there). I cannot change the drain exit location as it runs through to another unit. I was wondering if i could run the pipe down and along underneath my cabinets (behind the kickers) and back up to the exit location. I have sketched an example (attached).
Do you see any issues with doing this?
Thanks.

How do you plan for the water to "jump up" into the pipe in the wall?

An S trap to a 2'x4' trap isn't going to work. If you are renting do not modify the homeowners plumbing.
