Installing back to back toilets and sinks plus installing a water fountain. Want to make sure eveything looks ok before inspection. Have not glued anything yet so it may look a little crooked. Also, for the main vent stack, is it ok to add 90 degree and run it horizontally for 10ft out the side of the building (see picture)? I am in Florida and this is a commercial building. Look forward to your opinions.

You will need to use either yellow one step or purple primer AND orange cement on the CPVC. You might not get busted, but code does require it.

There are requirements regarding clearances on sidewall vents. None of what I see of the interior is in violation of code.

Ok, thanks for your advise! I will redo the CPVC and use the proper glue. If everything else looks good I will go ahead and glue the other PCV in place tomorrow.

The comment by @gargalaxy was not helpful.

I think what gargalaxy is trying to say is that there should be a licensed and experienced plumber doing this installation.
The water supplies are not going to be back to back like the toilets unless you can find a right side supplied tank. The same goes for the sinks on the hot and cold supplies. The 90s for the drinking fountain are a no-no and the pressure fittings on the PVC are questionable. All of the penetrations through the steel studs for the piping must have grommets and heavy gauge nail plates to protect the pipe.
Good luck, and I mean that seriously. You should really have more experience, if you are a licensed plumber, before taking on such a job.

your inspection will fail,

you have a cross at the lav instead of a fixture fitting if asked, you are using 1 1/4'' traps

also, i see pressure fittings used as vent fittings

all fittings SHALL be DWV directional fittings with recessed hubs

no primer was used,

i see no "base of stack" clean outs

no groments on water line, no stud protection

i do not see a water hammer arrester

i do not see a water heater

i do not see the toilet plumbing or floor drain. are these bathroom HC ?
