Drains & Vents for 2 Bathrooms, 2nd floor

Hello all,

I've been in the process of getting my newly bought house ,in Maryland, in a living condition. I am trying to plan out the drains and vents for 2nd floor bathrooms. Main stack comes in an outside wall and I am trying to run 2 toilets, 2 vanities, shower, and a tub to it. I will be replacing cast with PVC. I don't think i have enough space to run a double wye with 1/8 bends to 2 horizontal branches each side. In the picture, 2x4 marks a wall separating side by side bathrooms. I made a sketch of what I am thinking. I would greatly appreciate help and suggestions!

On the left your toilet has to be the most downstream fixture. The right side looks fine

Just make sure the vanity on the right is vented properly, the way its drawn it'll need its own vent.

Thank you for help! Left side has tub first and then toilet and vanity. What would be most simple way to get the toilet drain in before the tub? Maybe i could fit another 3" horizontal into the vertical seperate from both vanity and tub?I have 9" joists with around 15" in between, would it be doable? Thank You!

So in this diagram, all fixtures connect into same horizontal drain that leads into main stack, is that correct? In this case toilet is not the most downstream fixture is it? I am getting overwhelmed with all the info and codes at this point. I love You for all the help!

that is because the tub is vented, in the other drawing, it is wet vented

Exactly, you dont have to have toilet most downstream if fixtures downstream of toilet are separately vented. What ever is easier. Either toilet most downstream and wet vent. Or vent tub separately and put toilet in middle.
