can I connect a new sink drain into toilet vent stack

I want to move the sink (its currently in front the toilet too close). It's a very small bathroom from the 1940's.

Fantastic! (yes, the cast iron vent pipe is 2"). Is the height/placement of the T/Y connector important? (Could toilet backup into the sink if the connection is below the level of the toilet rim?)

also, I did this shower drain, so I think I can do this sink drain too.

It should not back up into sink
