Hi,

I just replaced the valve on my Kohler Fairfax model (R12177) faucet (Kohler sent me the new parts). I did something wrong...I get cold water when the handle is in the cold and hot position. Any ideas what I did?

Make sure:

1) you have all valves completely open

2) you have hot water coming to the fixture
