I’m concerned about loss of pressure with all of the elbows and tee’s involved combined with the idea of having both faucets on simultaneously. Are there any glaring issues that you can point out. Or is this a legitimate solution?

Thank you John, for your response. Should the vents be part of the final trim out or would they be installed during the rough in stage?

Vents for the LAV's should have been done with the drainage pipe, to properly vent those traps.
Unless you had planned AAV's between the traps and the drains entering the wall.

So, is a vent required/preferred/accepted in this situation? I don’t fully understand the terminology.

This is a code approved installation after the aavs are installed. They are installed on finish. You dont need a vent pipe through the roof.

Was hoping that @frodo would follow up on the statement, "the plumbing that you currently have installed is not sized correctly for the use of an aav".
