Dishwasher drain hose high loop

Just wondering:

1. Is it better to have the dishwasher drain hose high loop in the sink cabinet or is it okay to high loop it anywhere? Is there a spot you shouldn't place the high loop?

2. Should the high loop be loosely created or should it rise up and fall quickly? I see a hill versus mountain scenario. Another explanation is drain hose rising/falling at say 30/40 degrees versus 70/80 degrees? Thanks

normally the drain hose is pulled into the sink cabinet i have seen the drain hose drilled in the bottom of the cabinet then looped and secured as high as possible i have seen it done with the hole drilled high and still securing it as high as possible we use a waste tee rather than tying it into the disposal....if you have one, just to prevent the sink from over flowing if there is something blocking the disposal outlet

My DW is around the corner from the sink in a peninsula cabinet. I raised the issue of the drain hose in a post at
https://www.plumbingforums.com/threads/this-cant-be-right-right.15992/ and there are some pics there.

I want to reroute the drain hose under the cabinet and then bring it up into the bottom of the cabinet and then into the sink cabinet (after it goes through a tray cabinet - 10" wide job next to sink) and then high loop it there to:

1. get rid of that hose in the cabinet so we can make better use of it and
2. I think there may be an issue with the hose the way it is because there was a lot of crap at the top where it joins the abs pipe. I'm guessing (stress guessing) that the rise is too immediate and too long for the dishwasher pump.

I may be overthinking this one as the installation instructions said the drain hose has to be looped "at some point" which interprets to anywhere for me but a "loop" means something different to me than what I have shown in the pic

This is all because the dishwasher showed an E15 error. It could be the draining or some leak inside the cabinet so I'm trying to troubleshoot the drain side of things and go from there.

The installers used a wye on its back and then abs up to top of the cabinet where they placed a connector fitting to accommodate the dishwasher hose. Is that sort of what you meant with your "waste tee" suggestion?
