I have a pretty old house from the 1920s. I can't identify what type of toilet connection line this is. This is the side that screws into the shut off valve behind the toilet. I just need to know what the connection type is called, thanks.

Back up a little bit.

What problem are you trying to solve?

Give more info on the whole situation.

That looks like a stainless steel braided toilet supply line.

That end could be 3/8 or 1/2 inch compression size, or 1/2 inch iron pipe, or something else.

What would really help is some pictures of the valve it was attached to.
