Demo guys threw away the old handle before I could see what brand it was. Can anyone tell me what I need to buy for this?

Based on the hairclip type of pin in the valve body, if looks like Moen.
But not certain, maybe Price Pfister.
What did they throw away?
Do you not have the trim ring or valve handle anymore?

I think you have a Moen Posi-temp shower valve.
Look on Google for Moen Posi-temp trim kits.
Or look on Moen.com.

You can get a trim kit for that faucet pretty easy. I got mine on-line because it was cheaper than at the supply house. Do like
