I have a hot water heating system in my house. 3 floors - 1 rad on 3rd, 3 rads on 2nd, and 5 rads on first. All on one zone. 3rd floor radiator keeps losing heat every year. I’m guessing I need to purge the air out of my system, only there is no purge valve on my return... what’s the best way to purge all of the air out of system?

Add a ball valve and a tee with a boiler drain in the line. Check the radiators to see if you have any bleeders on them.

Are they freestanding cast iron radiators or baseboard radiators? If they are freestanding then there not a loop system and can't be purged. They will have a vent with a key or screwdriver slot to remove the air. It can also be that there isn't enough water pressure for the water to reach the top floor.

This is true, what is the pressure on your boiler. When we had more than one floor we usually bumped it up to 20 lbs and
that made a big difference.
