Prior owner did a bad job building a shower pan...no liner

My plan to jackhammer up floor run new 2"...once I opened it up this is what a saw? What are those capped off pipes?
Also, it seems like the one they have plumbed to the shower drain is 1"1/2"..not 2"!!

1. How would you plumb this?
2. Do I need to add a vent?

No way to know what we are looking at. Sorry.

First pipe 1.5" with p trap and capped pipe coming up in wall
Second pipe 2" pipe capped coming up in wall. !!! I think this is the one I need to demo out to add new shower drain. Just don't know if i need to add vent.
Third pipe 3" stack with bath above

I I think I have it so I'm going to tap off the one and a half get rid of that old pee trap

Then I'm going to tap in to the 2-in and run tea across to where I want my new p-trap and shower and I'm good no vent necessary?

You absolutely need a vent can't help you any more than that until you bust up the concrete

Since I've found that the plumber who plumbed the house put a 1.5" vent capped off above these to tie a vent into!

So my play (tell me if I'm wrong) is to break up the floor and tie into the 2" with a sani Tee, run my pipe over to p trap 1/4" slope. Then where the vertical 2" sticks up in the wall reduce that to 1.5" and tie into the vent.

Sound good?

Thanks!!

Here's a pic of what I found
2" on the left
2 pipes 1.5" one capped and the otherstubed out.
Plan to cap both the 1.5" pipes
Sanity T into horizontal 2" over to my shower p trap. And vent the 2" up into a 1.5" above.

Okay?
