Wanting to buy a house. Inspection. Bath drain leaks onto back porch. Cost to fix leak?

So one would have to follow the line ( like a short in a car)?. Would it start from the drain to the porch? ( Real close) plus this house has a pipe for gray water ( washing) machine leading out to side yard). Here it stays dry for @6 months

It looks like that drain pipe is in the slab.

Clarify? Supposed to be there? I am going back tomorrow and see if the rain effected the roof( another issue) I can run bathtub.

have your realtor tell the owner of the house to fix the problems or
put a couple grand in escrow. and you will have it fixed

Waiting for agent. Pipe is coming from bathtub to the outside to another pipe. It is the gray water. He is trying to avoid sewerage charges.

Agent and I both agree it is a gray water pipe. I took a movie not a pic..cannot upload. Just going to offer less . Mainly concerned with hot water heater. Looks like a non professional put it in. Thanks again.

No one seems to know where the exact location of septic is located. Agent and I surmised it is on the side of the a/c and pipe for washing machine . I remember a house that had gray water going to a pond. Here it is real dry and not a lot of trees. The contract has not been finalized. Then survey.
