okay...so it looks like the p-trap is in the dirt area, but it would be okay for the sanitary tee to be encased?

Ahhh perfect. Thank you so much! I feel that I am almost ready. Going to make a 3D mock up to be 100% sure.

Ok folks....I am getting closer to a solid plan. Please check out the 3D model I uploaded and give me your honest feedback. I really think the one section where I have a bath tub and two toilets may be hard to do. Suggestions welcome....talk to me like a three year old though please :)

Also, I have attached the most up to date home plan with measurements...if someone is viewing this in the future, free to use!

look..listen

to make this easy
use a 4x3x3x3x2 san cross with a 2'' side outlet

it would make that bathroom easy

all you have to do is find the center line between the 2 toilets
and that is where the tee is set

wrong image shown, that should be a cross not a tee

Thanks guys....I will make those changes. I am also going to redo the main outlet. Right now one side of the house plumbing will have to be so low due to slope...I will move my drain going out to septic to more of the center of the house.

Funny...I was thinking about the amount of drop earlier when there was discussion of using a 2" drain across the length of the house. That would have made it even lower.

You got to give it to that frodo for going above and beyond to help figure the required elevations to line up with that side out cross.

He is super helpful no doubt. Only thing I have to figure out where to buy that part..... lol

I think the best I will be able to do is a double sanitary tee unfortunately....let me see what I can mock up and then post a new link
