I have a property that is at an altitude that the mains water pressure doesn’t reach. I have had to install a pump and tank system. I will be building another, larger property at the same location in the future, so I installed a larger tank than what is currently required. I want to reduce the water level of the tank to around 30% (1000 litres down to around 300) so I don’t have too much standing water because of the legionella risk. Does anyone have any advice on how best to do this? I have tried bending the float valve, but this doesn’t reduce it enough. I have seen a product that seems to be perfect, but it is really expensive. Any ideas would be appreciated
