Deep Tub Drain/Overflow Assembly with Sideout

Seeking a solution (manufacturer) or advice for Bath Tub Drain/Overflow Assembly sized for 16 1/2" deep bathtub.
In need of a deep assembly with side out configuration.
Floor joist is positioned where drain goes.
Prefer to have a unit with trip lever.

The problem I am finding is the deep assembly bathtub units are not sideout, (example Gerber 41-813) and the standard assembly units (Central Brass 1675-S) that are sideout, the overflow to train is not long enough.

The TUB is a delta Classic 40034R
The overflow(center) to drain measures 14.5"
I tried a Central Brass 1675-S using, but overflow pipe was to short.

Delta was of no help. The solution was PVC.

It’ll get expensive, but I’ve mixed and matched Roman overflows and tub shoes with a standard overflow before, so you could probably strip all the longer Roman parts off and make it work with the side outlet that you need.
