I just replaced my cement D box With another cement D box. The old one deteriorated. It was covered with about 6 inches of dirt. Do I have to cover that with dirt again? Or can I just put the cement cover on it and then put a sprinkler valve cover over that? I am re-landscaping this area and I pulled the cement septic covers and installed plastic risers and covers so I can more easily have the tanks pumped. I am wondering if odors escape if I do this. Thank you for your help
