Hello everyone. Hope you're all doing well. I have installed a hand held bidet (bought from amazon) recently. It has the standard T valve mechanism. The bidet shower doesn't work when the valve control is at ON or OFF position (the HORIZONTAL or VERTICAL POSITION). It only works when the valve is in between the two positions. Is this an issue with the T-valve or is this normal?

Also, if this is normal, where should the "normal" position of the valve be? When its in a VERTICAL position, water is able to flow into the toilet tank which stops if you turn the valve to a horizontal position.

Thanks a lot!

Contact the retailer or manufacturer. I know that a few years ago there was a bad batch of T-adaptors with that problem. The one on the right below is one of the bad ones.
