As I stated on your other thread, a 40 gallon pressure tank will only give you about 2.5 gallons of water. You would save space storing energy in another battery instead of a pressure tank. That way a 40 gallon storage tank holds 40 gallons of water, and all you need is an extra battery to get that 40 gallons delivered to your RV with the on demand type pump.
