Which handle will fit this cartridge?

We have a handle that sort of fits this cartridge but it screws in from underneath and have nothing to screw into. What handle/parts do I need to attach on to this? Thank you.

THANKS! The brand of the cartridge is Belanger. They sent me the cartridge and the handle, but not the handle is not longer staying attached. It seems as though the screw on the handle had/has nothing to screw into. I threw it on there in the first place and it was secure for a while but not it's not. How is the screw on these handles means to attach to the cartridge? I've attached a picture of the type of handle.
