I had a similar issue just 2 months ago. I dissected that swivel, removed the snap rings , and replaced the O rings, and put it back together. It slowed down the leak but discovered that the more you use the hose reel, the more egg shaped that fitting becomes. I ended up contacting the company and replaced the entire swivel for a cost of $24. Also, I found that Granger's sells a universal hose reel collector for about $18, but not knowing if it would fit correctly, I opted to get it from the manufacturer.
