3/4 or 1" line to veiga manifold?

Hello,

I have public water and 1" line stubbed in the foundation. It is new construction. Should I run a 3/4" or 1" pex line to the manifold? The manifold supply lines are all 1/2" and each fixture will be on its own home run. Would I get any benefit or better water pressure if I run a 1" line instead of a 3/4" line to the manifold? Its a small ranch 3 bed house 1570sqft.

Because of the smaller internal diameter of most PEX fittings, I would recommend running the main in 1". You would probably be just fine with 3/4", but for the few bucks more, I would use 1".
