How to tie shower into this toilet drain I'm putting in.

I am putting DWV pipe right behind the toilet it is serving. I need to tie a shower drain into and I need to know the best way to do this. This will not be inspected. Included a picture of my current situation. If I go straight down from toilet and 90 into the main pipe I will not have room for the wye fitting that I need to put in. The main pipe will be going directly to the right of the drywall and 2 by 4. I can either use some 90s vertically to get the line away from the main pipe and then use a wye fitting horizontally before I tie into the main pipe. Or I could come straight down from the toilet and use a 90 degree fitting with a heel inlet to bring my shower drain into it then I would be able to only have one 90 and then tie directly into the main pipe. Sorry, I should have been more clear. The 2 inch pipe to the right is the shower drain which already has a p trap. I need to take the toilet drain the complete opposite direction of where it's going now which means going under that joist. Would tieing in with that heel inlet present any problems?
I could also use a sanitary t right below the toilet and then 90 to the vent pipe. Im worried that wouldn't vent right though.

If there is a vent on the shower drain, then either way will work. If there isn't, then neither way will work.

Even though both lines meet a matter of inches from a vent?
