Hello,

I got my some pictures of an old sewer scope of my house and I was wondering if the following images are and whether they are concerning? In particular is the second photo a pipe intrusion or something? Thanks!

The second picture shows signs of pipe intrusion. I will recommend you to hire a handyman for cleaning the pipes.

Thanks! What do I tell them they need to do? What do you think it might cost?is it serious?

They will inspect the pipe using leaking detectors. After detecting the intrusion, they might ask to replace the pipe. Since handyman charge less fees, you can expect around $100-$150.

Those pictures of an old sewer scope are almost 3 years old.
Do you have any idea if anything could have been done, back when it was scoped?
Are you having any problems with that line now?

Looks like the cable company or some other utilities company did some directional boring for their wires and went through your sewer line. Let a plumber know before he sends a snake down in case it’s energized.
