So, I took the toilet off of my sub floor as I plan on tiling. When I got there I noticed the sub floor had a decent amount of wood rot and the toilet flange was basically gone. I ripped all of that up. I did get a little over zealous with the piping as the picture shows. My question is will this flange I got work well enough with the slightly damaged pipe I have? I did put a little RTV in there. Also, how much reinforcement do I need? I hammered a 2x4 on the side closest to me to the floor joist for extra support and there is quite the lip on the opposite end for the sub floor to sit in. It is not as level as I would like but such is life I suppose. Any help or suggestions would be super appreciated! Thanks.

Cut it, rambit it and rebuild it. It’s toast. Anything other than that and it’s not if but when it will leak.

That last picture of that flange is almost like having a 2" toilet drain. Do like suggested and get rid of that broken
fitting and do it right so you won't have to tear it up again later when it starts to leak.
