Mysterious shower/tub handle

My shower/tub handle is missing pieces to control temperature and my landlord does not know the brand/make/model. The shower head is delta, but I sent pictures to their customer service and they concluded the handle is not delta. I suspect these parts are from 2011 or even earlier. Any help identifying the brand would be greatly appreciated so I can try to fix this. Otherwise I’m stuck on one temperature which is too hot for my daughter.
