Hello - I'm very inexperienced when it comes to this area of household work. My wife ordered a bidet attachment for our guest bathroom and it seemed easy enough to install. I am having an issue though....with the T connection that splits the water from the tank and bidet - I don't have clearance because of the water shut off valve. Adding the T to the bottom of the tank drops it directly in the way of the valve - so connecting the braided water hose to the bottom is impossible. I am looking for a solution in the form of a 90 degree elbow or something to come off the bottom of the tank that will allow me to find a better position for the T - but Lowes and Home Depot don't have anything like that I don't have a ton of free time to go to plumbing supply stores to hunt for something like this so I figured I would ask you all. Do you have any suggestions for what I'm looking for or maybe another route to take Moving or cutting the pipe for the water shut off valve is a bit out of my wheelhouse. Thank you for your time I appreciate it

not really sure what your looking for.. space I think.. female conn on the branch of the tee threading on to the valve and the other connections would be your flex connections
the tee would be upside down.....

I'm looking for an elbow of some kind that will attach to the bottom of the tank ..allowing me to then, attach the T-splitter connection so that I can work around the water shut off valve As it sits right now - the T-splitter is too long (coming straight down from the bottom of the tank) and butts against the valve (not allowing me to connect the hose)

I'm not sure .I drew a ridiculous diagram of the issue I'm running into with the T actually pictured.

Because the green area at point B is so short I can't connect the valve hose (the knob is too close)

I was hoping to get an adapter or elbow attachment for point A to allow me to work around the knob.

Red indicates the hose to pipe connection that would be another steel braided hose that connects to the bottom of the T.

Hope this helps explain it better

Yes - but the proximity of the bottom of the T and the valve knob is too close ..so I am unable to connect the valve hose to the bottom of the T

so if a goes to the tank b goes to bidet..that last connection could straight down and loop around to the left to tie int the top of the blue handle valve
I just looked at the first pic again....you may have to remove that supply from the wall and install one that has 2 3/8 connections

Couldn't he also rotate the stop so its outlet is on the bottom? Then the T and the 2 supply lines would have more room.

Not sure of terminology, but couldn't he get a 3/8male x 3/8 male x3/8 female tee and connect it to the existing valve? Then remove the pictured tee on the bidet flex line and connect that flex line to one outlet of the new tee, and the toilet flex line to the other outlet of the new tee.

I suggested that but im not sure without a pic he understands...I don't know how to post pics
