Burn pipe to fit

Having a stand alone condo built, on a concrete slab. The plumber heated this pipe (see picture) to bend and twist to make it fit because it was coming out of the concrete in the wrong position. This is in the master bath that has 2 sinks and this is the drain for one of the sinks. The contractor says it has to stay that way because its toward the out side wall and they would have to cut into the concrtete floor and foundation to fix it. He said a pressure test was done and if I want he will do it again. As you can see in the picture its very close to the concrete slab and the plumber heated it with a torch to position it. The county inspector has ok'ed it.
1. Should I accept it ?
2. Put bore scope in pipe and see what it looks like inside?
3. Come out of this sinks drain pipe over to the other sinks drain pipe as a back up in case the drain cloges with hair and etc. in the future?
4. What is your thoughts?

I agree. That's Bull crapp! That pipe coming out of stab looks like it's in the wall to me. What's the finish wall ? Stucco?
What building code are you under. I'm sure there something That says you can't do that.
Building Inspectors ARE NOT QUALITY CONTROL. They don't always see every thing.
I'm sure if you pointed that out to the Inspector, he just might have different thoughts about approval.

I dont know an inspector around that would pass that unless he just does not care. Ultimately it falls back on plumber who installed it anyway but I would fire that jack ass

call this guy at the building department, ask for the head plumbing inspector
send him that picture in an email tell him you need a inspection because you
believe this was done after the inspection.

I’m not sure how any competent individual would perform that work, or pass it off as good.

that's horrible..it looks like pvc . just cut below burn and glue pvc coupling with new fitting and use slip coupling or fernco above.

What ever happened to 45 degree fittings or less. I've only been retired a couple years now and I do think you can still
get them. LOL.....

absolutely no good. Do not accept that, Let them cut the concrete if that's the best they can do

That is a reduction in direction of flow and is not legal. I cant believe the inspector saw that and let it go. It doesnt matter if it held air the ID of the pipe is not the same in that spot.
