Dishwasher leaking from bottom center

The above video and photos show where water is coming out. it seems to only happen while the dishwasher is running. I'm thinking it's been happening for a while based on the bubbling floor and the rust on that bracket thing...

Any thoughts?

I can't get the video to play, but I would suggest tightening the flex line where it connects to the dishwasher "ell" and/or tightening the dishwasher ell to the dishwasher. Can you tell where the leak is coming from?

the second pic looks like your (black)drain hose that would be attached to the discharge pump

I went back and I now see a picture. Is the drain line (black hose) securely connected? Is that spring clip working correctly? Is the black hose split?

Well that's the pump. But it could be the discharge hose, the suction connection between the pump and the tub or the pump seal. It's anyone's guess unless you can inspect it closely while it's leaking or see an obvious split in the hose as mentioned.

Depending how difficult it is to remove the pump, you could remove it and check it separate from it's suction and discharge connections. So even if it isn't the pump seal you would be providing new connections when reinstalling, which hopefully would stop the leak.
