Two story house with old bath tub with very slow drainage.
Removed access panel and there is a approx 3 inch pipe that runs
down with a steel end cap at the top with a 1 1/16 inch 6 point tang.

I've been trying with a regular 1 1/16" socket but am going to have
to find a 6 point socket. This does not want to budge, any suggestions
on what to use for an anti-seize or do I have to use heat, not real
comfortable with but will if I have too.
Any suggestions please.

Take and cut square head off with sawzall then use sawzall to cut cap into pie shape and peel it out

I have the sharp chisel ready and found a friend with a 6 point which I think I will try first. Can anyone suggest a good penetrating oil to use on the steel cap other than wd40 or 3-in-1.
Many thanks...

Cast iron clean out cap? Naw it ain’t coming off. Get a diamond saw all blade and cut that mess out and transition a plastic cleanout. Pictures would give a better idea tho. I may just be grasping at straws.
