I'd like to be able to replace this handle without changing the valve. Would very much appreciate if anyone can identify it from the pictures. House was built in 1998 (assuming fixtures are original), if that helps.

Update: the shower head which seems to match this is Price Pfister. I assume though that not any model of that brand handle/trim will work though, correct?
