I have a 2" drain line and 1/2" water supply installed in a wall capped for a future washing machine connection. Is the proposed piping in the attached photo correct and should a clean out be added before sanitary tee?

You might want to check with your local plumbing inspector to see if you can use a AAV. Where I live they are not allowed
